But they have had exactly zero in person interviews after firing DA months ago and had two Rooney rule interviews scheduled for the day before Glenn was supposed to arrive. Which is a few days after he was eligible to do an in person interview.

It definitely is different. DA was already in our system for years and had the handshake deal before we traded SP. There unfortunately was no real HC search that year.

That's entirely different than putting your eggs in one basket on a coach who is not apart of the team.

There was 100% guarantee DA was talking the job before it was open. There is a 0% guarantee Glenn wants anything to do with us.
