That is a fact. But they are apparently still talking and the Jets job is his if he wants it. If I had to guess this is likely either about how much money he and Newmark are going to get paid as well as how much money Glenn will have to build his staff. But, I do think that he ends up with the Jets in the end. If for no other reason, it doesn't look like anyone will be able to fly into new Orleans until Thursday or Friday so we won't even get to make our pitch.
Hmm, I’m starting to think it may be that he’s leveraging the jets against the Saints. View from the outside: Jets : turmoil, old arrogant QB. Saints: warm, welcoming and sweet. Not to mention the easiest division. ( I mentioned yesterday).
