Ehhhh.... No coach we hire is going to provide any stability in the next two seasons as we try to fix our cap situation and find a young QB.

It's honestly better to find a younger coach that can develop 2-3 years as you rebuild. In 3 years, MM might just get burnt out and retire.

I lean towards giving Joe Brady a chance. Either way, I might not sure you'll have either by the time the rebuild is over with imo
