Driveway is pretty clear. The roadway out front is clear .... and dry! Some areas of the lawn are nothing but grass and the areas that still have snow all have grass peaking through. The nightmare is almost over.

Driveway snow is melting away a lot faster than I thought. The street is also about 90% snow-free on our block. All concrete surfaces around here are still really wet, but wet alone is familiar for us. There's been a healthy uptick in drivers out and about.

The lawns around here are only showing green if there's been a lot of footsteps. A few of the neighbor's lawns are still pristine with powdery snow, although you can see that the "layer of smooth icing" effect is slowly thinning.

My son and I just finished a little hasty snowman-making in the front yard. Got some pics to prove we did it. A welcome diversion during the workday.
