Jaguars Fire GM Trent Baalke

I think it's pretty much universally accepted that Glenn, Johnson and Vrabel were the top tier guys going into the off season. Glenn having been a pretty recent employee of the Saints didn't even give the team the courtesy of an in person interview. Johnson never considered us at all and Vrabel scheduled us as a backup or pressure on the Pats for a better deal. The Bears and Jets have both been dumpster fires for a decade, yet they are getting those guys. The Pats have been garbage since Brady retired and got Vrabel.

The team has had months to get the search going and Loomis insanely said in his end of year presser that they didn't even start the process until the season was over. Add that we have no money, a depleted roster and a bad recent draft history. And so far they have only had an in person interview with a single candidate that is already on staff while 3 teams have already hired a coach.

So the question remains, what are the Saints doing to improve the attractiveness of the team? Staying the course sounds like a bad option.
