Yes, in a sense. But they could very well become our biggest competition for Joe Brady with Trent out the way. Brady did a virtual with them and they could turn back to him depending on how serious they are about Saleh.
I think you and others are right long term. But I don't think the Jags can't get this all settled in time to provide the necessary assurances.
It's going to take time to get a GM in the building, and how many coaches want to take a job not knowing who their boss will be, what their philosophy will be, etc.?
It'd be different for someone like Vrabel or McCarthy, who probably want a lot of control anyway, but the former is in NE and I doubt the latter is in play.
