The chance to get a top tier HC has come and gone

I would consider Mike McCarthy a top tier candidate. An uninspiring one, but he’s a proven winner with the right talent. I’m not sure the Saints have the talent for him to win 12 games like he did in Dallas for three years straight. Specifically on defense and the right guy running the show (Dan Quinn)
