According to podcaster Timothy J Jones: Aaron Glenn wanted Mickey Loomis removed from GM position in order to take Saints job [mod edit]

I didn't say it had to be confirmed to be breaking news. But if none of your "breaking news" is ever confirmed, it means you don't have credibility when breaking news.

It doesn't have to be Underhill. It could be Kat Terrel, Luke Johnson, Bob Rose, Mike Tripplet, any Saints beat reports, a Jets beat reporter, Rappaport, or any national reporter. But nobody has confirmed it yet. And a reporter should have two sources that confirm before they report anything. Even Underhill admitted he made the mistake of a report without two confirming sources, and that he got used by someone close to Glenn, when they told him that Glenn didn't favor the Jets.

The thing is that Tjay isn't a reporter so he doesn't have to follow those rules. But, if another source, like those listed above confirm it, I'll give him credit and pay more attention in the future when he breaks news.

And what makes him more than a fan with a podcast?
You just confirmed what I just said. You named the Avengers of Saints Reporting. I think your preference is that the story confirms from traditional buttoned up journalist, and that's fine.

And maybe the rumor is true, but I don't think that puts the Saints in a bad light.

In regards to a fan with a podcast, TJay has gotten in rooms that I am striving to reach someday. I don't agree with most of his takes but he's done pretty well with what he has built.
