Bills fan here..... Joe Brady

How the players respond is literally the most relevant aspect of a midseason coaching change. We just went through this.

Again, playing the results, stripping out any context. You can say “I don’t know who the Bills played against” - it’s fine

I think strife can show itself in more ways than any of us realizes.

Look at where they are a year later
The O responded by being not much better than when Dorsey was OC
Context , They pretty much played against the same amount of top 10 , mid and bottom defenses. Also their D started playing better. In the 1st 10 games the D gave up 18.4. In the last 8 they gave up 15.8. That's almost 3 pts a game and in 4 of those 8 wins after the OC change tat was the difference in a W and an L

Look I'm not saying that Brady is a bad OC or that he may not make good HC in the future. I'm saying that I don;t think he's ready. EVERY place he has had any kind of success he's either not been the playcaller on a the most talented college offense ever, OR he's had an already elite QB

The tweaks he did to the Buff offense was to run the ball more and have Allen run the ball more himself
Maybe you should look more to what Brady did in Car to get an idea of what he'll do.
