Yeah Jets had two open spots so that made sense. I think the Raiders do too.

No one wanted to work with Baalke. He should have already been fired. It wasn't just Coen didn't want to work with him, Ben Johnson didn't want to either.

I don't think this is a demand from any HC but a GM/HC being in sync is extremely important.
