Bills fan here..... Joe Brady

Joe Brady in 2020 with Carolina and Teddy Bridgewater averaged 349.5 yards per game. That’s the only job he was ever let go from.

Mike Kafka’s best year in his 3 years as the Giants OC he averaged 333.9 yards per game, and you’ve been arguing for him as a candidate over Brady.

It seems like you are just dismissing a fantastic option with cultural and organizational ties just to be contrarian.
LOL you cherry pick a stat. Yds per game , in fact yrds gained in general is one of the most inaccurate way to judge how good an offense is. Too many variables. If the team is playing from behind the D is playing soft and giving up more yds.
There is 1 offensive stat that matters, points scored. In 2020 Brady's offense was 24th in points scored
1st I could care less about Kafka I made no mention of him , you did.
Cultural ties??? What cultural ties does Brady have? He's from FL he's not part of LA. culture. Organizational ties, he was an offensive assistant for 2 yrs with the Saints. He was the low man on the totem pole of the offensive staff.

I'm not saying that Brady won't be a good HC in the future, I'm saying I don't think he's ready. He being given far too much credit for what he's done . He was not the OC @ LSU and didn't call plays. He brought some of Paytons concepts to LSU , maybe the greatest skilled played ever on a college offense. Yes he has helped Allen be more productive, but Allen was elite BEFORE Brady got there
