Bills fan here..... Joe Brady

Yeah Brady's not that proven. I'd still rather any of the young OC's over the boredom and playoff herpa-derpa I just watched for 5 years in Dallas. And I'd rather Brady over Kellen Moore, and maybe even Kingsbury.

I just want Loomis to give him and these other guys a serious look. It appears right now that is going to happen. Underhill and Triplett said yesterday that maybe one of these guys (and Weaver) blows the Saints away in their interview.

I will by memory say that from the get-go, 2019 Burrow was a major performance leap over 2018 Burrow. And during that season, Joe Brady was credited with the leap. People did not say it was Ensminger. And yes, we can now say that that LSU offense was stacked, but I don't think anyone was saying that when that season started or even partly throughout. The narrative during the season was that Burrow and Brady have a juggernaut offense.
By your thinking, you would have turned down Reid when he got fired in Philly. Or would say no to Tomlin if he were available. Probably either Harbaughs as well. McCarthy's success in Dallas is in spite of all the meddling that Jones does . Jones runs the draft, heck I'll bet he even tries to call the plays.

It was common knowledge in BR in 2018 that Burrow and the LSU offense was special and only going to get more special, They won their 1st 5 games and 2 against top 10 teams . Again , Brady was not the playcaller @ LSU Cushenberry was. Brady was not the OC he was the passing game coordinator / WR coach . He was not even the QB coach. What he did was bring some of Payton's concepts to LSU . He get's way too much credit for the greatest group of skilled players ever on a college offense.

I have no problem hiring a young OC or even a DC that has the experience and the skins on the wall and most of all the leadership qualities as the next HC . But Brady at this time has not shown any of that to me
