What Head-Coach Candidates Are Dallas, Jacksonville, and Las Vegas Considering

What's bothering me is that a lot of these teams have "had their guy" and went and got them. The Bears with Johnson, Jets with Glenn, Jags with Coen and Pats with Vrabel. All great coaching candidates and they went out and got them. What are we doing? We were first to have a vacancy, there is no clear front runner, Loomis said they didn't start the search until the season was over, and we've only had an in person interview with Rizzi (yes, I know there was a storm). We had a head start and are dead last. This has to be the weirdest coaching search ever.

Or maybe we do have a guy and they are still coaching. But I don't think they do. It's very strangest to me.
