What Head-Coach Candidates Are Dallas, Jacksonville, and Las Vegas Considering

Though interviewing Weaver and Kafka satisfies the Rooney Rule, I consider both serious candidates. I heard Ross Jackson say yesterday that the pecking order seems to be McCarthy, Rizzi, Brady, and then Weaver and Kafka.

I may be a loan wolf in this, but Rizzi's tenure as interim head coach should disqualify him IMO. He made some good changes staff wise for example that improved the Dline, but the in game adjustments were just downright horrible. He made 1 good decision, and that was replacing Haener at halftime with Rattler. But every game, as opposing coaches made changes, Rizzi and co did not. Plus the game management was just as horrible as it was under Dennis Allen.

My intuition tells me that the next 3+ years won't wield different results on the win/loss factor that we achieved with Dennis Allen if Rizzi is head coach.
