we havent been able to do in person interviews due to snow, , a requirement of 2 interviews required by Rooney rule, so we cant by NFL policy hire anyone unless we skip in person and our hire satisfies Rooney Rule
not sure if Saints Execs could have gotten out of NO and done in person interviews elsewhere i cant say
