They're not. Gunn has said they won't even start filming until they know the script is good. I really don't see a repeat of Batgirl happening with Gunn in charge.
They weren't even planning on this being the second movie under his regime but he said the script was so good that as soon as he read it they moved it to the top of the queue.
The comic run its going to be based off of is quite good.
