NFL changes way too much to go back 15 years ago. The game today is played quite differently. I tend to never go back more then 5-7 years.

We don’t have to look any further then the QB position and how it’s played, and how it’s effected playcalling to see how drastic the changes are.

Lesser noticeables would be in the secondary, but that’s mostly due to the constant rule changes of interference, holding, defenseless receiver etc.
