Sports Nutrition and Injuries

I just looked back at the injuries over the course of the year. Not saying dietary fitness and all that isn't important, but a lot of our injuries were concussions, blown out knees from hits, and ankles. Kamara did have a groin, but went out with it later in that game. I just don't see how nutrition would effect concussions and blows to the knees. Carrs broken hand. Some injuries just can't be prevented. Just bad luck.
However, many of the injuries were soft tissue injuries that lingered. CGM for instance.
