Unusual criticism from NOF and Underhill

Mikey, I don't understand the tampering theory. First, I don't believe the Saints would tamper after seeing how the league reacted to Miami tampering with Payton. I think the league, especially with the victim team being Dallas, would come down hard on the Saints, and the Saints know that. Second, I doubt that McCarthy wanted to leave Dallas--especially without a firm commitment from the Saints that he would definitely be their choice--and I don't think the Saints at any time have been 100 percent committed to McCarthy. Third, I know that Loomis's son has worked for some time in the personnel department in Dallas--and his last name certainly helped him gain employment with the Cowboys. Any tampering charge might implicate Loomis's son, which would adversely affect his job in Dallas and his reputation in the league.
