Milroe is not a guy I would take with a high pick or the expectation that he is going to play QB, but if someone does teach him how to be a competent pocket passer, he could be amazing. But I think he needs a lot more work as a passer than Jackson needed when he came out and I'm not sure he can be fixed.
I think we can get Milroe later in the draft. Milroe had a better completion percentage and QBR in college, playing better defenses than Jackson. Jackson did have superior rushing numbers.
