Process of Head Coach interviews (merged)

Does anyone have insight to what kind of questions are asked during these interviews? So I’ve seen that the interviews can be 7-8 hours long. I get that they are important questions and topics, and they want to get things right. 7-8 hours, are they talking scheme, potential staff hires, or are they asking life questions, tax advice 😆?
