Seahawks hired Saints OC Klint Kubiak as their new Offensive Coordinator

I think Kubiak is going to have a great career and people will look back and realize just how bad a hand he was dealt in New Orleans between being saddled with Dennis Allen and missing basically 8 or 9 of 11 starters on offense for the majority of the year. I think those first 2 games are more indicative of Kubiak than the last 15. That sounds ridiculous, but I believe time will show it. bad leadership combined with poor everchanging personnel is hard to overcome.

I wish him look in the future, but I don't think he'll need it.
I kinda agree. There were a few puzzling playcalls here and there. But honestly, that would probably be the case with just about anybody calling plays. For example, I was regularly frustrated with Sean Payton for a couple calls just about every game.

I think Kubiak was hamstrung (pun intended) by an injury-depleted Offense. I don't think he's the kind of personality that could ever succeed beyond the coordinator level. But I think he's got the chops to be darn successful in that role. Just needs stable leadership, and I think he'll have that in Seattle.
