This is, in my opinion, some of the damage DA did as both DC and HC. The Staff drafted well -- Baum, Anzalone, Hendrickson, (as well as some DA would not play like Winston, Graham, etc -- but DA could not find use for them and then recommended they not be resigned. They go elsewhere and thrive. This is one of the long term damages DA did to this team.
