It absolutely did. But even with the salary cap we could've made an offer to keep Hendrickson if the coaches said "we got to keep him" Loomis would've worked it.

Not offering good contracts to players we should've kept while offering massive contracts to players we should've let go isn't just a Dennis Allen or Loomis fault. It's a both fault.
