Closer look at Kellen Moore in the NFCCG today

The entire NFL, the NFL media and fans of most teams saw the 3 coaches that got hired first as the top tier. So don't give us that garbage. If Ben Johnson, Mike Vrabel or Aaron Glenn wanted to be here, they would be the head coach right now. Nobody believes that Loomis would have turned those 3 down. We are settling for a lower tier of coach regardless of what you call it. Not because we want that but because that is all we can muster right now.

This isn't about being "an emotionally down fanbase". It's about seeing things the way they are. This team isn't very attractive for a number of reasons and there is no amount of copium that will change that. That doesn't mean we won't end up with a good coach, but it does mean that the top tier passed on us for better situations. Now, if you think being a good fan means that you have to see everything they are and everything they do in a positive light then you're in for some major disappointment. The front office is not beyond reproach. They do make questionable or straight up bad decisions. All teams do. But we've been in a holding pattern of bad decisions for a few years and people want to talk about it while the transition is ongoing and that doesn't make us bad fans.
you keep repeating the sky screaming rhetoric and i have no idea why. goodness gracious. a candidate that 75% of the fan base did not want passed on us to coach a team that drafted him and he got to bring in his personnel guy. My goodness the horror.
