Two teams happened to have an availability at a time when two of their former players were looking for head coaching jobs. One team, the Raiders, did a bunch of randomness and ending up with a coach that’ll be there for three years, tops. Cowboys hired incompetence. Jags hired an indecisive weird guy that makes a fool out of himself in introductory press conferences and does shady stuff to get out of verbal contracts.

I can see straight through all of your putting down the other coaching hires and making excuses for the others going to teams they played for just to defend you position that this team isn't an unattractive landing spot. It's totally a "I didn't like them anyway" thing like when someone doesn't go to the prom because nobody would be your date.
