Have I called for him to be fired? I haven't. Have I criticized our cap strategy? Yes. Have I questioned some of his decisions. Also, Yes. Do I think the team is in terrible shape without a visible plan to better it? I do. Do I have ideas and preferences for how the team can get better. Of course. There are LOTS of us discussing all of those things without issue, even when we disagree. So I think your problem is that I disagree with YOU.

And this was until McCarthy became available, and he then went on to become my #1, dropping Moore to #2.

Furthermore, read my post in a skeptical manner or not, but I promise you in at least the two former player hires as well as the Raiders’ process, I have voiced those feelings here before now. If anything, in the case of Glenn, you’d find me posting wondering why his stock even was as high as it had gotten, well before he was hired.
