Aaron Glenn is a first time head coach and he is putting his staff together just fine, you do not need to replace everyone on your staff.

I just don’t have that feeling like he can be a leader of the defense when needed. I’m sure he can lead the offense just fine. But he doesn’t have that hardness that Sean learned from Bill. The same hardness that Aaron Glenn learned from Bill.

He seems like a career OC. I could be wrong, though. I was wanting Martz when Sean was hired. Maybe that’s Mickeys rule of thumb, the more your team is in disarray, the more you hire a first timer to build it back up. ..,,I dunno. HIRE SOMEBODY! :)
