Good question. My reasoning is pretty simple. When he went to Green Bay he took over an extremely talented roster with a front office notorious for successful drafts. When he went to the Cowboys he took over a much more talented roster then what we have now. He also had two franchise QB's at both places. Yes, we all tend to think Dak is a bit overrated, but he definitely is and has been much better then Rattler and we simply dont know whats going to happen with Carr.

Even if Carr stays, We have nowhere near the talent either roster had when he started. We also don't have the cap that would allow us to aquire more talent in free agency. I was expect less success to start compared to when he started Green Bay or Dallas. Whether he can work the team up and talent and improve the roster over time is a different question.
