A lot that I have read on building culture starts here. It isnt how the person is as much as his ability to effectively be authentic and produce culture from there. Too many leaders fail because they are trying to be OTHER good leaders. It is a waste of time to fight against that grain. Align it with who you are and it just goes so much better from there.
