Dan Orlovsky about the saints and Kellen Moore

Payton is cocky, arrogant, petty, and probably not a nice guy at all, so there is no comparison between the two outside of both being former backup QB’s turned offensive coordinators.

He doesn’t have to be like Sean Payton, but the recent comparisons have been silly. Hopefully he can get the job done, but we’ll see if he can even do better than DA.

Dan spent one single season with Moore in Detroit, a year in which Moore was a third string QB.

I have never been in a NFL QB meeting room, but I can’t imagine the third string nobody QB with no skins on the wall getting too many opportunities to “Command a room like a HC.”

I’ll also add that the guy was 24-25 at the time. I know for sure I was a MUCH different person, leadership wise at 36 than I was when I was a quiet, sometimes shy 24 year old still learning my way through adult world.
