Apparently his plan is to hire a bunch of older coaches by paying them a lot of money while Rizzi takes less than most HCs. It's the Ed Orgeron plan which doesn't bode well for Rizzi since it seems to fall apart as soon as coordinators and assistants move up.
If his plan was to hire the smartest young coordinators that might not have the experience and leadership but are geniuses on their side of the ball, I would be more interested. But brining in a bunch of guys with old ideas and nothing fresh seems doomed to disaster. Especially since he pretty much so already had that with DA's staff.
