Kafka is a Dark Horse
Honestly I started on the who's this guy, the giants O was awful, he's here because he knows Mahommes. I was like what do we see in him so I dug a little bit and his interviews and intensity really stood out to me. I look at him and I don't see a Sean Payton style hire (never installed his system, was running dabols in ny) of offensive guru genius guy, what stood out to me is he is more in the Dan Campbell, Nick Siriani styles (the leader of men coach). His interviews come off as I have a concrete plan, Details Matter, and I will bring in people who will teach me and run my culture as supposed to my offensive system. I see alot of potential and at this point in the search honestly I dont think we could go wrong with him as a backup option should Moore decline or even out of left field he gets the nod over moore eventually. He has grown on me each time and I wish we could bring him in along with Moore to help do the dirty detail work of the offense clean up the prepartion and planning but that is unlikely. The man with a plan ahead of time, fully prepared each chance he gets, Is the vibe I would choose for a head coach,
also weaver is pretty impressive as well but I think the defensive coach is the deal breaker there, I have come to really like Kafka and would be totally behind him as a fan
