His (Kafka) interviews come off as I have a concrete plan, Details Matter, and I will bring in people who will teach me and run my culture as supposed to my offensive system. I see alot of potential and at this point in the search honestly I dont think we could go wrong with him as a backup option should Moore decline or even out of left field he gets the nod over moore eventually.
I looked at the Eagles coaching staff and Moore is not an Assistant or Associate head coach. It's probably improbable, but I think this would be a pretty strong coaching staff if the personalities would mesh.
Kafka - Head Coach
Moore - OC Associate Head Coach (designs & calls offense while getting specific head coach training)
Martindale - DC
Galiano - STC
Rizzi - Assistant Head Coach (exclusively focused on assisting Kafka as his number 1)
