If you look at the ESPN clip, you'll see that the league can sanction a team if they find out someone signed a deal before or after the Superbowl restriction. The Cards lost a pick a couple of years back. For all intents and purposes, most media guys are saying it's Moore, and that's all we can get right now. He could change his mind, but the expectation is that it's his job.

My thoughts (concerns) are that if Moore is the guy I’m good with it … But if the Eagles don’t play well in the SB, what happens then? … Sirianni has taken a lot of negative heat despite how well they’ve played this season. So if the Eagles get smacked in the SB, would the front office consider getting rid of Sirianni to keep Moore there?
