This is true, but it's also true that we don't actually know the motivations behind the actions of any of these coaches. It's all guessing and guessing is when biases really kick in. People are guessing what they want to be true and then convincing themselves that their guesses are actual knowledge.

I think Kafka and Weaver still have jobs, but if Moore is the pick Rizzi most likely needs a new job and I'm confident the Saints would tell him that. I'm also confident that Rizzi would have started taking more interviews and possibly even taken a job. Have you heard anything about Rizzi increasing his efforts to get a new job? I haven't.

That could very well be the case, but it's speculation. None of us know if that's why Kakfa, Rizzi and Weaver haven't said anything yet. It could just as plausibly be because they were told they are still in consideration.
