Sometimes that may be the case, but even the likes of Mel Kiper (I know he oftentimes is ridiculed but he has much more access to stuff than any of us) had him outside of his top 10 QBs early in the 2024 season. He had him 9th in October and has moved up more and more. I believe he is up to 3rd or 4th on his board of QB's.

It's a great year for Dart to come out because of the talent pool at the QB position. There just aren't a lot of highly sought after QB's so he should shoot up to around the 3rd QB taken.
