Jeremy Fowler: Chase Young Open to Returning to the Saints

If he is willing to take a reasonable contract maybe a 2 or 3 year back loaded contract sure. But if I'm the Saints, I'm not signing any big name Free Agents, I will sit out this year and let it be year 1 of clearing up cap space.

We look like a clown organization to be the only team in the league consistently having to move money around every year and still can't sign anybody.
