Right, Lauscha. Who doesn’t have anything to do with the football side of the organization. He’s deals with the business side of the organization and all of Gayle’s other businesses. As long as the money comes in, Lauscha is not a problem for Loomis.

And people need to stop with the succession plan stuff. He’s was a backup executor of Tom’s will. He’s not a beneficiary or heir. He may not even be anything in Gayle’s will.

He is, however, one of the people designated to carry out the succession plan (Loomis, too). And he is still the person to whom Loomis is accountable. What I wrote was not an opinion, simply a statement of facts.
