What is the ceiling of any of the new head coaches, if Mickey Loomis is retained as GM

I’ve been very critical of Loomis, but he has proven he and his staff can put together some all time great draft classes. With the way our roster is at the moment though, we will need a couple of home run drafts in a row before the new coach really has a chance at contending for a title.

If Moore is indeed the guy, then he will have to understand the situation and make decisions with the future in mind. Do I wish we had a GM the caliber of Howie Roseman? Of course, but it’s not completely hopeless with Loomis.
