I don't think Herbert is mobile at all, maybe Dak to some extent Hefbert is a drop back QB. Dak is a bit more than DC.

He's had over 300 yards rushing twice on his career and averages 262 yards a season rushing. He might be a prototypical QB, but he can run.

Dak has also had 2 seasons with over 300 yards rushing and only average 270 yards per season.
