What is the ceiling of any of the new head coaches, if Mickey Loomis is retained as GM

Yup, that is where I am.....

But I'm willing to believe that with the team assembled (if true that 4 guys are making the decision, not just ML) could get it right.....and if we get the right HC then all is good.....ML has proven he can work with a good/great HC....
