Phil's 17th with his 35% accuracy. He's beaten by three taxidermied groundhogs, but he does at least have a better track record than 'Mojave Max' - a tortoise.

Staten Island Chuck though is apparently a bit of a master, with an 85% accuracy record. He didn't agree with Phil this year, Phil predicted six more weeks of winter, while Chuck predicted an early spring.
