The problem that I had back in Louisiana was that no matter how many mounds I obliterated, or how many thousands of lifeless, arthropod carcasses lay scattered after the massacres - the next day, there would be 3 or more new mounds. It was like the ultimate middle finger to me - “fork you, Paul. Burn us, smother us, drown us, no matter. It’s millions of us and one of you.”
