Rizz had a tall hill to climb and it was due to unfortunate circumstances. Rizzi, Kuiak, Rattler and even Haener all had their auditions under extremely unfair circumstances playing with such a depleted lineup. We never got a reasonable look at their capabilities. I always viewed him as a good fallback option, but there was too much pressure to move away from DA's tenure. Rizzi made some positive moves with the coaches and in clubhouse that showed improvement, but when he was unable to pull a rabbit out of the hat and convert the efforts into wins it didn't give him fighter's chance. Rizz and Kubiak will get their chances elsewhere. Rattler and Haener await their fate with KW. I think he has something to work with with both. Haener has been written off by many, but he's shown an ability to learn a playbook quickly and he has decent skills which could keep him around even if it's not as the starter.
