Kellen Moore expected to be Saints coach [Feb 10 — Fletcher Mackel: mostly done deal; intro press conference to be later this week]

What you have described is exactly the kind of leadership that the players say Moore displays. He just doesn't yell and get mad like Rizzi. The problem with the Rizzi approach is that if you don't win, and win fast, players are going to tune out the yellers. Especially if they aren't able to explain why things aren't working and Rizzi can't do that on either side of the ball. He can only do that for special teams which doesn't address the issues of most of the good players you have on the team.

And how good Campbell is when he has to replace his OC and DC is yet to be seen. And I don't think it is the yelling and getting mad that works for Campbell. It's his connection with the players and the fact that he takes personal responsibility when things go wrong.
i forgot to mention, that Grupe says he's (Rizzi) is really hard on you, but its for your best interest. I cant see Kellen being hard on anyone. Maybe he will be in 10 years when he's a fully grown up. I'm just saying, im on record with "I told you so" And another thing for those wanting to get away from Sean Payton. I cant disagree more, hes a great judge of character. A much better character judge than the limited info (me included) fans.
