I think the problem the players had with DA is he just was not genuine. He had different set of accountability rules for different players. This " Leader of Men " catch phrase is misused. People think that leader of men has to be a rah-rah yelling firey aggressive alpha type guy. When more times than not the best HCs are not that type. Reid, Shanny, Belichick, John Harbaugh O'Connell, are NOT yelling , screaming rah-rah types

I think that communication and intelligence go further than firey aggressive bite their knee caps off type of HCs these days
Players want to know that their concerns and thought are taken seriously and they want to have confidence that the head guy REALLY knows what he's talking about

I am starting to think that Moore will be the Oppenheimer to develop our " Little Boy"
