He won't make it in the NFL as a starter, maybe not even as a backup. The guy can't go through progressions and stares down his receivers on practically every single throw. He's also shown that while he's in stare mode, he loses pock presence and is oblivious to his blind side. Great accuracy, size, strong enough arm and that's where it completely stops.
Sorry, but being able to read defenses and go through progressions has to occur in college. Practically nobody gets to the NFL and learns how to do it because there are so many important things to learn and the game speeds up to much.
