Well said. Interestingly our probable new HC said something very, very similar in his Q&A period the other day. In fact, "THE GAME IS WON IN THE TRENCHES" is exactly what he said at one point in the interview.

I absolutely agree with both you and him. To use your words, we "NEED FAT MEN" first, before we can expect much else to work.
