I'm far from a Carr lover, but I think an argument could be made for him to be #3 behind Brees and Brooks. It's not exactly a great list of players we are talking about. In fact, it's a pretty poor history.
I guess maybe you move Hebert ahead of Carr because of the playoff appearances, but if you gave Carr the same team he probably does as good and maybe better than Hebert. Everette I'd probably give you that he is better than Carr. Manning who really knows. He played in a completely different era and with a terrible team but lets give him the benefit of the doubt and say he is better.
So, where does that put Carr? Maybe around 6 with an argument that he could be as high as 3?
